Easy Setup

During our onboarding process, we will set up the FTP/SFTP file transfer for you, based on the server access credentials that you provided. As it happens in the background, you will not have to spend time on it later.

Automatic Uploading of Records

Whenever we receive a new record, our system will upload it immediately to your FTP/SFTP server. The files are appropriately named, including your matter number, the subject’s name and the custodian’s name where the records were obtained from.

Invoices Uploaded with Records

For easy bookkeeping, we also upload our invoices with the records, so there is no need to wait for the mail, helping to avoid losses caused by late-arriving bills after a case is already settled.
